We use the booking tool and channel manager provided by Smoobu (Smoobu GmbH, Wriezener Str. 12, 13055 Berlin, Germany) on our website.
When you make a booking or send a booking inquiry via our website, the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests) will be transmitted directly to Smoobu and stored there. Smoobu processes this data on our behalf to coordinate bookings, block the calendar, and handle communication with you.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Smoobu GmbH to ensure that your data is processed safely and in full compliance with GDPR standards.
